The Fifth Debt Management Facility (DMF) Stakeholders’ Forum is designed to allow practitioners to discuss policy-relevant issues in debt management and current debt-management challenges faced by developing countries.

The objective of the Fifth Debt Management Facility (DMF) Stakeholders’ Forum, "Debt Management in Developing Countries: New Frontiers and Ongoing Challenges,” is to provide a forum for discussion of a policy-relevant agenda on debt management. Participants will discuss current debt-management challenges faced by developing countries and exchange knowledge and solutions. The forum targets policy-makers and debt managers from developing countries, international and regional technical assistance providers, representatives of civil society organizations, and bilateral donors and multilateral development banks.
